Meridian Barre & Pilates bootybarre® Class OR Mat Pilates Class:

Grab a group of friends and let's workout together! 

Barre classes:

-AT MY HOME STUDIO: MIN of 3 and MAX of 6 

Mat Pilates classes are:

-OUTDOOR: At a park we choose together, MIN 3 and NO MAX

-INDOOR: My Home Studio with a MIN of 3 and a MAX of 5

A sexy, energetic, fun workout that fuses fitness techniques from Dance, Pilates, and Yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body. And get this… you don’t even need any dance experience and you certainly don’t need a partner!

The bootybarre® method is the perfect combination of strength and flexibility with added cardio to burn fat fast. Barre workouts have also become a popular choice with many celebrities.

 

 

What do I need for class?
  1. Bare feet or toe sox (socks with grippy bottoms)

  2. Comfortable fitness clothing

  3. Water bottle

  4. Optional towel

  5. Your smile!
